We serve the greater St. Louis metro area in Missouri — including St. Louis, St. Charles, O'Fallon, Chesterfield, Kirkwood, Florissant, and surrounding communities — plus Metro East Illinois including Belleville, Edwardsville, Collinsville, and O'Fallon (IL). If your location isn't listed, contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Are you insured?
Yes. T's Pristine Clean LLC is insured. References are available upon request for property managers and commercial clients.
What are your hours?
We operate 24/7, including evenings, overnight, and weekends. This makes us practical for commercial properties that need cleaning outside business hours.
How quickly can you schedule a job?

What is your minimum job size?
Our minimum for a one-time job is $150. For recurring commercial service, the minimum is $600/month.
How does pricing work?
We don't publish flat-rate pricing because scope varies significantly by property type, square footage, condition, and frequency. We provide starting-at anchors for reference, then confirm final pricing after reviewing your scope. All commercial quotes are customized.
Do you handle post-construction cleaning?
Yes — post-construction is one of our primary specialties. We handle final cleans and detail work after construction or renovation, including dust removal, surface detailing, adhesive and residue cleanup, and ready-for-occupancy or inspection finishes. Scope is confirmed before scheduling.
What is electrostatic disinfection?
Electrostatic disinfection uses a specialized sprayer to apply disinfectant that wraps around surfaces — including hard-to-reach areas and touchpoints. It provides thorough, efficient coverage compared to manual wiping. We use this for offices, medical environments, and high-touch commercial spaces.
Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. Full-service janitorial care is available on a recurring schedule — typically weekly or custom frequency. Recurring minimum is $600/month. After-hours access via keys or codes is accommodated.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right in most cases.
