Quotes and scheduling

What information should I include with a quote request?
Include the location, requested service, approximate size, areas to be cleaned, current condition, and preferred timing. Also tell us whether the work is one-time, recurring, or tied to a construction phase. Photos are helpful when glass, residue, debris, or unusual site conditions may change the work involved.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Quote requests receive a response within one business day.
What is the minimum project?
The minimum project is $150. There is no separate recurring monthly minimum.
When can cleaning be scheduled?
Cleaning may be scheduled during the day, evening, overnight, or on a weekend. Phone access is 8am–8pm.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring the products and equipment needed for the work listed in your quote. You may also request the use of client-supplied or approved products.

Commercial and janitorial cleaning

What types of commercial properties can you quote?
Commercial cleaning experience includes offices, retail and storefront spaces, churches, warehouses and light industrial spaces, restaurants, apartment common areas, schools, medical and professional offices for general cleaning, industrial spaces, and similar working properties.
What is the difference between Commercial Cleaning and Recurring Janitorial Cleaning?
Commercial Cleaning is for one-time or project-based work. Recurring Janitorial Cleaning is for an ongoing schedule with a consistent checklist and a frequency established in the quote.
How often can recurring janitorial cleaning be scheduled?
Service may be scheduled daily, several times per week, weekly, every other week, monthly, or at another frequency agreed in the quote.

Post-construction cleaning

Which construction cleaning phases can you quote?
Rough cleaning, final cleaning, touch-up cleaning, and occupied-renovation cleanup may be quoted separately or as coordinated phases.
Can post-construction cleaning include windows, floors, adhesive, or residue?
Yes. Construction window cleaning, floor cleanup, and adhesive or residue cleanup may be included when the surface, condition, and required work are evaluated in the quote.
Is construction debris removal included?
Debris pickup or removal is included only when it is expressly written into the quote.
What is not included in standard post-construction cleaning?
Standard post-construction cleaning does not include hazardous materials, regulated waste, demolition, mold, lead, asbestos, or work requiring specialized access equipment.

Window cleaning

Do you clean both commercial and residential windows?
Yes. Commercial Window Cleaning is available for storefronts, offices, shared spaces, and project sites. Residential Window Cleaning is also available for homes across eastern Missouri.
Are screens, sills, and tracks included?
They may be included. The quote states whether screens, sills, tracks, interior glass, exterior glass, and residue removal are part of the work.
Do you provide high-rise or specialized-access window cleaning?
High-rise windows and jobs requiring ropes, lifts, rigging, or other specialized equipment are not included in a standard window-cleaning quote.

Move-in, move-out, and rental turnovers

Who can request Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning?
Homeowners, renters, landlords, and property managers can request cleaning for empty or mostly empty homes, apartments, and rental units.
Are cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, and oven interiors included?
They are available as separately priced add-ons. Request them before scheduling so the quote can list the exact cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, or oven work included.
Can carpet cleaning, junk removal, or wall washing be added?
Limited carpet cleaning, light junk removal, and wall washing may be added when they are a small part of the main move-in, move-out, or rental-turnover job. They are not offered as standalone services.

Service area and business

What areas do you serve?
We serve St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, Lincoln County, and surrounding eastern Missouri communities. Select Metro East commercial and post-construction work may also be quoted when the job and schedule make the travel practical. Visit the Service Area page for individual markets.
Are you insured?
Yes. T's Pristine Clean LLC is insured.
How large is the crew?
T's Pristine Clean operates with a three-person core crew. Additional insured, screened, trained, and supervised subcontractor capacity may be available with a few days' notice when a project requires it.
