- Does the property need to be completely empty?
- The service is intended for empty or mostly empty homes, apartments, and rental units. Include details or photos of anything that will remain so it can be considered in the quote.
- What is included in Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning?
- The exact cleaning is written into the quote. Depending on the property, it may include reachable surfaces, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, included floors, listed baseboards and trim, and empty closets or shelves.
- Are cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, and oven interiors included?
- They are available as separately priced add-ons. Request them before scheduling so the quote can list the exact cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, or oven work included.
- Can carpet cleaning, junk removal, or wall washing be added?
- Limited carpet cleaning, light junk removal, and wall washing may be added when they are a small part of the main move-in, move-out, or rental-turnover job. They are not offered as standalone services.
- How is the price determined?
- Each job is custom quoted from the property size, current condition, requested cleaning, add-ons, access, timing, and address. The $150 minimum project applies.
