Broad cleanup during the project, including loose debris pickup or removal when explicitly included, dust removal from agreed areas, and floor preparation needed before the next phase.
Final cleaning
Detailed cleaning after major trade work, focused on construction dust, included surfaces and fixtures, floors, windows, and the areas needed for turnover or use.
Touch-up cleaning
A later pass for settled dust, fingerprints, trade marks, and listed punch items after final activity in the space.

What standard post-construction cleaning does not cover
Standard post-construction cleaning does not cover hazardous materials, regulated waste, demolition, mold, lead, asbestos, or work requiring specialized access equipment. Debris pickup or removal is available only when included in the quote.
